Stand Your Ground...

The Second Amendment expressly states, “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
Though many among both the right and left wings interpret this amendment differently, the notion for which it was written still remains clear. In a time when tyrannical power overthrows the rights of the people, it is the citizens right to bear arms against said power.
On April 19, 1775, at Lexington and Concord, King George III attempted to confiscate powder and musket balls from the citizens in Boston and were met by a militia defending their rights.

George Mason, a co-writer of the second amendment once wrote that, “A well-regulated Militia, composed of the Gentlemen, Freeholders, and other Freemen was necessary to protect our ancient laws and liberty from the standing army ... And we do each of us, for ourselves respectively, promise and engage to keep a good Fire-lock in proper order & to furnish Ourselves as soon as possible with, & always keep by us, one Pound of Gunpowder, four Pounds of Lead, one Dozen Gun Flints, and a pair of Bullet Moulds, with a Cartouch Box, or powder horn, and Bag for Balls."
As an American, we have the obligation to defend the Constitution. Your personal stance on firearms isn't important, your stance on Liberty is.
